Design
Measured survey for planning
A member of our team will visit your property and take measurements and photographic evidence to help create drawings for planning.
Feasibility studies and or Planning drawings
We work with you on the design until you are happy with it. All done while bearing in mind the historical context of the site, location and any local restrictions that might apply, plus local planner’s views. Once you are completely satisfied we will submit the drawings and all other required documentation on your behalf. All you need to do is make the final decisions and we execute them.
Planning applications,
After the application and plans are submitted and approved by the Local planning department, we will advise if you will need to appoint a structural engineer, Party wall surveyor or other consultant.
Construction drawings
We then go on to create technical drawings for building regulations and construction, we liaise with the structural engineer and implement their details in our drawings to make them compliant before submitting an application to Building control.
Building regulations
After the application and plans are submitted, then our contractors can begin the construction stage and our principal contractor will manage the project on site, the architect will also visit site from time to time to check on progress.
